FEMA has issued the preliminary DFIRMs for Wilson County. These are the maps used to
identify the areas of floodplain in our county. The 90 day protest/appeal period begins May
13, 2009 and ends August 11, 2009. To view the digital maps go to

Paper maps are available for review at the Wilson County Office of Emergency Management located
at 800 Tenth St., Bldg B, Floresville. Hours are 8-12 and 1-5; M-F, excluding holidays.
