On January 13, 2014, the Commissioners' Court of Wilson County, Texas, for and on behalf of the county and the public interest, by Order No. 1-13-2014, changed the boundary of the Wilson County election precinct designated as Box 101 by annexing Tract #41918 from Box 103, said tract located at 51 CR 150, Floresville, TX 78114, for the purpose of providing a suitable polling place for Box 101, as the polling place used previously by Box 101 was temporarily unavailable. This change was made at a meeting held pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. A copy of the Order may be obtained during normal office hours from the office of County Judge, Richard L. Jackson or County Clerk, Eva S. Martinez.
