The County of Wilson will be accepting bids until 9:00 a.m., August 12, 2024 for the Bulk Gasoline and Diesel.
Bid invitation packets may be obtained at the Wilson County Auditor’s Office, located at 1420 3rd Street, Suite 109, Floresville, TX 78114 or on the Wilson County website http://www.co.wilson.tx.us.
All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound
document. The name, address, and license number of the bidder must be
plainly marked thereon. The bidder should use unit pricing. All bids
must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as stated in the bid
invitation packet and submitted to the Wilson County Auditor, 1420 3rd Street, Suite 109, Floresville, TX 78114 on or before Monday, August 12th,
2024 prior to 9:00 a.m. The County of Wilson reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and award the contract to the vendor which it
considers having submitted the best and most advantageous bid. Payment
by the County will be made after each Commissioner’s Court date. The
bids are to be opened at 10:00 a.m., August 12, 2024, in Commissioners’
Courtroom, 1420 3rd Street, Floresville, TX 78114. If you

PUBLIC NOTICE
Wilson County
is seeking Statements of Qualifications for General Contractor Services
from qualified individuals and firms to manage new construction of the
Wilson County Expo Arena. Firms and/or individuals should have past
experience with federally funded programs. RFQ documents may be
downloaded electronically on the Wilson County website at https://www.co.wilson.tx.us/page/wilson.Bids_RFPs
Label
sealed RFQs will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. on Monday October 28,
2024, at the Wilson County Auditor's Office at 1420 3rd Street, Suite
109, Floresville Texas, 78114.
The RFQs will be publicly opened and read aloud in Commissioners Court on Monday
October 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Any envelopes received after 9:00 am CST
will not be opened and will be returned.
Wilson County
reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms
that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services
Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management
Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business
Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises

meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 1 p.m. located
at the Wilson County Expo Center 435 State Hwy 97E, Floresville, Texas
